Lundberg have been supplying edge trim granulators and trim removal systems for many years. Recognising that label printers also had problems with the handling and disposal of the waste matrix they developed the 'State of the Art ' MX 320 and MX 500 Matrix Cutters.

Based on the Lundberg GR 80 or GR 140 Granulators, which can be supplied with an oil lubrication system to deliver a fine mist of oil to the cutting blades to prevent adhesion. Lundberg have added a lubricated NIP drive system to deliver the matrix directly off the printing machine into the granulator.

Once cut into small pieces the granulate can be conveyed through specially coated ducting to a trim handling system to suit your requirements, bagged or containerised beside the machine.
