Montalvo's series 3400™ Web Tension Controllers use the very latest technology and feature continuity of design across the range and are compatible with the wide array of Montalvo load cells, providing advanced closed loop control. This ensures uniform control response irrespective of roll diameters and line speeds. Parameters are held in memory for a high level of repeatability, simply set the tension required and Montalvo will do the rest.

The comprehensive range of Montalvo tension controllers may be used in unwind, rewind, and intermediate tension applications when interfaced with Montalvo (or other makes of) brakes, clutches and AC or DC drives. Controllers are also available for dancer roll and ultrasonic applications.
